Not necessarily. WeefyBox is software-only and is designed to connect with supported controller families from vendors including UniFi, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Instant On, TP-Link Omada, MikroTik and Ruckus. Exact compatibility depends on the model, firmware and connection method.
Do guests have to accept marketing to connect?+
No. Access to the Wi-Fi service and optional email marketing are separate choices. The marketing option is not preselected.
What can I learn about guests?+
You can understand first and repeat visits, venue activity, current marketing permission, campaign engagement and feedback—subject to the information guests provide and the coverage of your connected hardware.
Can my team manage more than one venue?+
Yes. WeefyBox supports multiple venues, venue groups and role-based access so each teammate can see only the locations and tools they need.
